New mothers who want to get back to pre-pregnancy shape while reaping the benefits of yoga, Yogi Beans is offering Bye-Bye Bump Core Yoga classes throughout the summer at its pop-up yoga studio at the Art Farm in Bridgehampton.

The class is a Vinyasa flow with poses that help rebuild the core to reclaim the pre-baby physique. Ending with Svasana, the resting pose, it’s an intense workout with some much needed mommy time.

New moms won’t even have to stress to find a babysitter, as infants ages 6 weeks until crawling are welcome to join the class and play with the babysitters provided.

The hour-long classes are every Monday throughout the summer season at 9:45 a.m. A drop-in class is $45 and a 24-hour reservation is required. To register, e-mail info@yogibeans.com or call (212) 585-2326.

Yogi Beans also offers a variety of classes for new crawlers and kids ages 2 to 10 on Mondays at the Art Farm for the rest of the summer season. Yogi Beans, based in Manhattan, is an educational kids yoga program that hopes to introduce children to a healthy, lifelong yoga practice and strengthen children’s attention, posture, coordination, flexibility and self-confidence.
